Welcome to the Dev Marketplace Premium Items Terms and Conditions page. The following terms govern the use, licensing, and support for all premium items available on our platform. By purchasing any premium item, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Single-Project License
Each premium item purchase grants a license for use in a single project. Additional licenses must be purchased for use in multiple projects or installations.
Personal and Commercial Use
Premium items can be used in both personal and commercial projects. However, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the item, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
Non-Exclusive License
Premium items are sold on a non-exclusive basis. Dev Marketplace retains the right to sell licenses for the same item to other users.
Ownership
All premium items remain the property of their respective creators. Purchasing a premium item provides a license to use it as described but does not transfer ownership rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
You are not allowed to claim intellectual property rights, authorship, or exclusive ownership of any premium item, even after modification or customization.
Permitted Modifications
You are allowed to modify or customize premium items to better suit your project needs. However, any modified version remains covered by these terms, and derivative works cannot be distributed as new products.
Restrictions on Derivative Works
Redistribution of the item or any modified version, whether for free or for sale, is strictly prohibited. You may not distribute items in a way that allows third parties to download or extract the original files.
Support
Premium items come with a defined support period from the date of purchase. Support may include assistance with installation, minor customization, and troubleshooting of errors directly related to the item’s intended functionality. Extended support is available through an additional subscription.
Updates
Premium items may receive updates that address performance, security, and compatibility. Updates released within the support period are available at no additional cost, but extended update access may require renewing support or purchasing an upgrade.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for premium items that fail to function as advertised and where technical support has been unable to resolve the issue. Refunds are not offered for issues related to buyer's remorse, unsupported modifications, or incompatibility with third-party software.
Refund Process
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
No Warranty
Premium items are provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Dev Marketplace and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use a premium item. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
